Refund policy
Returns
Requests for a return have to made within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit only. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (it will be deducted from the amount of store credit). Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items must be returned in the condition that they were received (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags still attached). Items must also be free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, stains, odor, and pet hair. We do not offer exchanges.
ALL sale/clearance and custom items (trucker hats) are FINAL SALE.
To start a return, you can contact us at honeybsboutiqueshop@gmail.com. Please specify in your email whether you would like to return your items by mail or dropping it off at our pick up location. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to send your package back to us or do a drop off. Items sent back to us before requesting a return or items that do not meet the return criteria will NOT be accepted.
Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be issued store credit for the price of the returned items and taxes via email. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at honeybsboutique@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item. If you receive an item different than what was ordered (wrong size, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible so that we may correct it. If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify as a return or refund. The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography, lighting, and screen resolutions. These situations do not qualify as defects and customer will be responsible for paying return shipping.
Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
